Geoff Lamdin, Founder, SeaChange Group LLCGeoff, a serial entrepreneur, is the founding CEO of SeaChange Group.  He continues to serve as a Director.  SCG grew out of roots in Maine Biofuels International, a biodiesel company of which he was a consulting partner.  He is also a co-founder of Introspective Systems, an intelligence software company.

Geoff is the principal of Left Field Solutions, LLC, a consulting company focused on venture development and “opportunity engineering.” LFS connects organizations to the people and resources needed to expand their opportunities and create solutions to business challenges. He works to significantly extend the capabilities and capacity of a company or organization to build, refine and improve their business at lower risk. He finds connections and solves problems where others think they are not and makes things go. LFS “identifies and then connects the dots – often in ways not easily imagined.”

More about Geoff

An applied consultant for more than 35 years, Geoff is deeply committed to mentoring early stage and growing companies, here in Maine through the Maine Center for Entrepreneurial Development and through the International, CleanTech Open.

For all, Geoff builds collaborative teams and management, tests market validation and develops and implements pragmatic commercialization processes.  Geoff has successfully deployed creative funding solutions, raising millions of dollars through grants, strategic partnerships and investors.

A self-described cleantech junkie, Geoff thinks this may have started in high school and then expanded through his B.A. at Hampshire College. Geoff is a past President of the Association for Consulting Expertise.

Geoff now lives in Brunswick, Maine with his wife, Sue, a science teacher, where they love the outdoors; working or playing in the woods, snowshoeing, skiing, sailing their Sunfish or canoeing, gardening and stargazing from their hot-tub. Special times are spent walking Nauset Beach when visiting the family home on Cape Cod.
